Please take a look at the charts to see the Waterloo and Cedar Falls, Iowa real estate absorption rates. The absorption rate charts show how many months of housing supply there currently is in both Waterloo and Cedar Falls. The absorption rate in Cedar Falls is lower overall than in Waterloo currently. The is broken down by price range and also shows the overall absorption rate, # of listings, and # of sales from Sept. 1, 2006-Aug. 31, 2007. Have you ever wanted to take a ride in a hot air balloon? Here is your chance! RE/MAX Cedar Valley has brought in the RE/MAX hot air balloon to the Cedar Falls 4th of July celebration and is providing tethered hot air balloon rides. Cost is $10 per adult and $5 per child (under 12 years old). All proceeds will go to the Children’s Miracle Network. The RE/MAX hot air balloon will be located to the west of the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls and rides will be given from approx. 6 to 8 PM. Come enjoy the days activities and take a ride on the RE/MAX hot air balloon. *Rides will be given as weather and time permits*
